Well, ladies! The time has come for a bit of change and I'm totally here for it!
Hey guys! Melissa, here. I wanted to pop in and let you know that you'll be noticing some changes here over the next few weeks.
Firstly, I'll be closing for orders temporarily, while I get caught up on the current ones. (Phew, you've kept me busy over the last few weeks or so.) If your still waiting on a sweatshirt... it's coming... I promise!
Secondly, there is a vast amount of web work that needs to be done, because I have put it off as long as I possibly could. 🙃 Basically, I'm still using the same framework for my site as I did when I initially opened. There have been SO many amazing updates since then that will benefit you as a customer and right now, those updates aren't available to you because I need to update the foundation of my site. I'll be taking this downtime to update the site before the rush of my busiest season.
Thirdly, I can't keep up with all the daily tasks involved with running this tee shop AND processing your orders manually anymore. That's why I'm super excited to announce, that I have partnered with an amazing US based print shop that will be taking on all of my order processing and shipping. This is going to free up so much of my time (and space in my 35 ft tiny home🤪) so I can start designing again. That's the whole reason I started this adventure 7 years ago! More time for me will not only bring more designs to the shop, but it also opens up endless possibilities to us... like more apparel color options, more products, seasonal designs, full color prints... the possibilities are literally endless!
I have felt the need for change for a while, but I didn't want to admit it. I have tried for so long to do it all and do it to the best of my ability, but the truth is I can't serve you to the best of my ability doing it all alone. I'm SO excited for these changes to come to the shop and for the growth and opportunities ahead of us. It's going to be freaking awesome. Keep your eyes peeled over the next week or two for LOTS of changes including a new logo, products, sales channels... it's going to be great! XO -Mel
