 Refund Policy:

Each item is printed on demand just for you, based on your specifications. For that reason, I am unable to accept returns/refunds. If you receive a damaged product in the mail, please contact me within 7 days from the date of USPS’s confirmation of delivery. After these 7 days, we will unfortunately not be able to offer you a refund or exchange. Please, DO NOT send the item back without first contacting me via email: hello@grinsandgrace.com (*Including your order number AND photos of the damage in your initial email will help to expedite the process.)

PLEASE NOTE: SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE! NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES WILL BE ACCEPTED.

When returning/exchanging merchandise, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Gifts:

Please let me know personally if you are dissatisfied with any purchase before returning. I do promise to do my best to correct any orders received damaged or incorrect.
